Since 1949, the Shediac Lobster Festival has been New Brunswick’s oldest and tastiest summer tradition, drawing thousands of visitors to the “Lobster Capital of the World.” Each July, Shediac, NB, comes alive with lobster-eating contests, concerts, races, culinary showdowns, and family-friendly fun, celebrating fresh Atlantic lobster and 75 years of maritime hospitality.
