Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Some events are reserved for people aged 19 and over. Please read the guidelines carefully before purchasing.
Admission and Accessibility

General standing admission, with a small seating section available for people with reduced mobility (subject to availability).

No outdoor chairs are permitted on the Festival site.

The site is wheelchair accessible.
Event Conditions

Event takes place rain or shine.

Cancellation only in case of force majeure.

The program is subject to change without notice.
Liability and Safety

Ticket holders assume all risks associated with the event and waive any claims against the ticket issuer, sponsor, presenter, or venue owner.

Ticket purchase confirms acceptance of the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event.
Photos and Videos

Photos and videos will be taken at Festival events and may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, publications, etc.).
Food and Allergens

A variety of food options are available on the Festival grounds. Some foods may contain or come into contact with: dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, seafood, or shellfish.

Do I need to buy my tickets in advance?
It is recommended to purchase your tickets in advance, but tickets may be available on site if the event is not sold out.

Available at the Campbell Amusements kiosk on the Festival grounds. You must pay for site entry before visiting the kiosk.

How will I receive my tickets?
By email, after your purchase. Don’t forget to check your spam folder!
Is the number of attendees limited?
Yes, certain shows have a maximum capacity in accordance with safety regulations.
If I have a ticket for a show, is site entry included?
Yes, entry to the Festival grounds is included with your show ticket.
Are there any free activities?
Yes! Check the full Festival schedule to discover all free events.
Will there be food options for people with allergies?
Some options are available on the Festival grounds. A Food truck will also be present during major shows.
Are there shows open to minors?
Yes! The following events are open to all ages with certain restrictions:

Youth under 6 must be accompanied by an adult in order to receive free Festival Entry.

Youth under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on Festival Grounds.

Youth under 19 must be accompanied by an adult in the P'tite Tent. (Licensed area)

Can I bring my own chair?
No, chairs are not permitted on the main Festival site. You may bring your chair to Parc Pascal-Poirier or to the Gros Homard site.
Where can I park?
Public parking is available around the Festival site. No parking is reserved for festival-goers.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. No outside alcohol is permitted on the Festival grounds.
Is there a first aid station?
Yes, a first aid station is available on site.
Can I bring my pet?
Only service dogs are allowed on the Festival grounds. You may bring your pet to Parc Pascal-Poirier or to the Gros Homard site.
What items are prohibited on site?
