The Courses
Welcome to our table, where we celebrate the authentic flavours of Ukraine, Morocco, and Tunisia — three countries rich in culinary tradition.
Starter – Taktouka (Morocco)
A delicious salad of roasted peppers and spiced tomatoes, enhanced with garlic and olive oil, served with fresh, crusty bread. A perfect way to awaken your taste buds.
Main Course – Pierogies & Chicken Kyiv (Ukraine)
Soft pierogies filled with creamy mashed potatoes, served alongside classic Chicken Kyiv — a breaded chicken cutlet stuffed with herbed butter and cooked until crispy and golden. A hearty, comforting dish full of traditional flavours.
Dessert – Crème Bouza (Tunisia)
A delicate orange blossom–infused cream, inspired by Tunisian sweets. Lightly sweetened and sometimes topped with almonds, it offers a smooth texture and refined taste. Served chilled for the perfect elegant finish.
All of this in a warm and inviting atmosphere, accompanied by the music of Imad Elalani, at Maison Tait. Get ready for a colourful, flavourful, and discovery-filled culinary experience. Bon appétit!
